Partial staging is an option offered when a staging consists of rearranging current decor, removing unwanted items, de-cluttering the space, and adding updated accents.
Complete Staging
Complete home staging includes updating the entire home with a carefully thought-out selection of our furniture and accents.
Removal of Unwanted Items
We can dispose of any of your unwanted items prior to staging.
After a thorough walk-through of the property, we will send a proposal of the rooms to be staged to the seller. The proposal will be broken down by cost per room.
Once the proposal is signed, we will set a date for the staged furniture and decor to be delivered.
After the staging is complete, we coordinate with your agent to schedule a professional photographer.
Once the property sells, all furniture/decor will be available for purchase or removed from the property. A cost sheet will be available to the new homeowners if they are interested in buying the home furnished.
